药物诱导恶性肿瘤细胞凋亡是近年肿瘤研究领域的一个重大进展 ,中药砷剂治疗白血病 (主要是急性早幼粒细胞白血病 )取得成功为这方面提供了范例和突破口。本文概述了近年中医药诱导凋亡治疗恶性肿瘤的研究概况 ,并提出一些如关于肿瘤辨证论治等方面问题的思考、启发。
Drug-induced apoptosis of malignant tumor cells is a major advance in the field of tumor research in recent years. The success of traditional Chinese medicine arsenic agents in the treatment of leukemia (mainly acute promyelocytic leukemia) provides examples and breakthroughs in this regard. This article gives an overview of the recent research progress of traditional Chinese medicine inducing apoptosis in the treatment of malignant tumors, and puts forward some thoughts and inspirations on issues such as tumor differentiation and treatment.
