介绍一种利用三极管的“集-射极”之间的等效电阻与系统压力信号构成一反相比例放大电路,将液压系统负载压力信号转换为控制系统输出流量的信号,使系统压力和流量之间满足双曲线函数关系来实现恒功率控制。同时在控制电路设计上引入流量补偿反馈的恒功率控制,并分析了系统的工作原理及输出特性。
This paper introduces a kind of inverting amplifying circuit which makes use of the equivalent resistance between collector and emitter of the transistor and the system pressure signal to convert the load signal of the hydraulic system to the signal of the output of the control system so that the system pressure and the flow rate Satisfy hyperbolic function to achieve constant power control. At the same time, constant power control of flow compensation feedback is introduced in the control circuit design, and the working principle and output characteristics of the system are analyzed.
