我国现今已经真正成为人口老龄化国家,在我国的房地产项目上也兴起过为老年人开发房地产项目的热潮,但是市场反响很小,最终沉寂下去。近几年来,房地产市场价格呈现飙升的趋势,消费者和开发商关注的问题一直萦绕在房屋的价格问题上,但是众多的房地产项目中,以养老为主题开发的房地产一直在城市中不受重视,社会的老龄化问题似乎与房地产开发问题不相关,最近几年以养老为主题的房地产项目更是逐渐冷淡,我国城市老年住宅到底遭遇了什么?有什么阻碍呢?本文就城市老龄化主题的房地产现状以及解决建议进行了相关的探讨。
