目的:检测PAR1和VEGF及MMP1在鼻咽癌组织中的共表达及意义。方法:免疫组织化学(SP法)检测61例鼻咽癌组织中PAR1与VEGF、MMP1的表达,并比较PAR1与VEGF、MMP1的表达相关性。结果:PAR1、VEGF和MMP1的阳性表达率分别为78.7%(48/61)、59.0%(41/61)和77.0%(47/61)。PAR1与VEGF在鼻咽癌中的表达正相关(r=0.319,P=0.013),PAR1与MMP1在鼻咽癌中的表达无明显相关性(r=0.192,P=0.152)。结论:PAR1可能协同VEGF参与鼻咽癌的肿瘤血管生存。PAR1在鼻咽癌中的具体作用及详细机制有待进一步深入研究。
Objective: To detect the co-expression of PAR1, VEGF and MMP1 in nasopharyngeal carcinoma and its significance. Methods: The expressions of PAR1, VEGF and MMP1 in 61 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma were detected by immunohistochemistry (SP method), and the correlation between PAR1, VEGF and MMP1 was analyzed. Results: The positive rates of PAR1, VEGF and MMP1 were 78.7% (48/61), 59.0% (41/61) and 77.0% (47/61), respectively. There was a positive correlation between the expression of PAR1 and VEGF in NPC (r = 0.319, P = 0.013). There was no significant correlation between the expression of PAR1 and MMP1 in NPC (r = 0.192, P = 0.152). Conclusion: PAR1 may cooperate with VEGF in tumor angiogenesis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma. The specific role and detailed mechanism of PAR1 in NPC are for further study.
