对La_(62)Al_(14)Ni_(24-x)Cu_x合金的玻璃形成能力和热力学性能进行了研究。结果表明,通过微量Cu元素的添加,La_(62)Al_(14)Ni_(24)的玻璃形成能够得到了显著提高,临界直径由原来的2 mm增加到10 mm。其中,具有高玻璃形成能力La_(62)Al_(14)Ni_(14)Cu_(10)合金的过冷液相区(ΔT_x)为39 K,高于其余的金属玻璃。在热力学框架内讨论不同合金的玻璃形成能力,研究发现,在目前所研究的La-Al-Ni-Cu中,玻璃形成能力越高,过冷液态区ΔT_x,参数γ与约化玻璃转变温度Trg值越大。
The glass formation and thermodynamic properties of La_ (62) Al_ (14) Ni_ (24-x) Cu_x alloys were studied. The results show that the glass formation of La_ (62) Al_ (14) Ni_ (24) can be improved remarkably with the addition of trace Cu, the critical diameter increased from 2 mm to 10 mm. Among them, the supercooled liquid region (ΔT_x) of La_ (62) Al_ (14) Ni_ (14) Cu_ (10) alloy with high glass forming ability was 39 K, higher than the rest of the metallic glass. In the framework of thermodynamics, the glass forming ability of different alloys was discussed. It was found that the glass forming ability of the La-Al-Ni-Cu alloy studied in the present study is high.
