本文简要介绍了不停产改造,实现热连轧产线板坯热送热装的技术方案及应用效果。连铸坯热送热装是一项节能技术,该技术具有投资小,见效快,对降低燃气消耗节能效果显著,提高加热炉产量、机时产量,减少库存,加快流动资金周转,减少环境污染改善工人工作环境等一系列优点,从而实现公司生产组织效益最大化,社会效益显著。因而,它的应用几乎与连铸技术受到同样的重视和普及。
