本文运用细结构理论、四单元块模型建立了30Cr2MoV转子钢疲劳特性与疲劳裂纹扩展之间的内在关系,预测了常温与高温下疲劳裂纹扩展速率,得到了较好的实验验证。
In this paper, the inner relationship between fatigue characteristics and fatigue crack growth of 30Cr2MoV rotor steel was established by using the thin structure theory and four-element block model. The fatigue crack growth rate at normal temperature and high temperature was predicted, and a good experimental verification was obtained.
