自以为睡眠很好的人,其实并不一定有很好的睡眠。这是美国一位专门研究睡眠的专家得出的结论。他说:“人们常常对睡眠中出现的一些问题浑然不觉,直到白天精神萎靡不振,还不知道这是因为睡眠不好引起的。”一般来讲,充足的睡眠由5个阶段组成。前4个阶段都是为更深一层睡眠做准备的。到了第5个阶段,我们的身体就彻底放松,睡眠最为深沉,这就是我们讲的“快速动眼阶段”。这几个阶段周而复始,贯穿整个夜晚,而第5阶段最深沉的睡眠唯其使人体的神经系
People who think they sleep well do not necessarily have a good night’s sleep. This is the conclusion of a U.S. expert on sleep research. He said: “People are often unaware of some of the problems that occur during sleep, until the day was sluggish, not knowing it was caused by poor sleep.” In general, adequate sleep consists of five stages. The first four stages are for deeper sleep preparation.
