研究了不同施肥措施对保护地番茄产量、品质、经济效益的影响。试验结果表明:优化施肥及优化施肥+改良剂措施均可显著提高番茄产量、改善品质、增加经济效益。其中,优化施肥和优化施肥+腐植酸钾+沸石与农民习惯施肥相比,产量分别增加20.5%和36.9%,增效1.94万元/hm2和4.52万元/hm2;Vc含量分别增加15.1 mg/kg和35.6 mg/kg;糖酸比分别是农民习惯施肥的1.24倍和1.65倍;还可降低硝酸盐含量,抑制果实中亚硝酸盐的增加。从产量、品质和增收效果综合考虑,优化施肥+腐植酸钾+沸石效果最好;腐植酸钾效果优于沸石,且施用腐植酸钾改良剂有明显促早熟效果,番茄可提前成熟5~7 d。
The effects of different fertilization measures on the yield, quality and economic benefits of tomato in the protected area were studied. The results showed that optimizing fertilization and optimizing fertilization + improver could significantly increase tomato yield, improve quality and increase economic benefits. Among them, the yield was increased by 20.5% and 36.9%, the efficiency increased by 19400yuan / hm2 and 45200yuan / hm2, respectively. The Vc content increased by 15.1mg / kg and 35.6 mg / kg respectively; the ratio of sugar to acid was 1.24 times and 1.65 times than that of peasants respectively. Nitrate content was also decreased and the increase of nitrite in fruit was inhibited. Optimized fertilization + potassium humate + zeolite is the best, the effect of potassium humate is better than that of zeolite, and potassium humate improver has obvious premature ripening effect, and tomato can be prematurely matured 5 ~ 7 d.
