企业文化是一个企业的灵魂,对企业发展的影响是根源的、深远的、普遍的,是企业凝聚力和创造力的重要源泉,也是增强企业核心竞争力的重要因素。当前我国社会处于转型期,各种思想文化交流交融交锋更加频繁,人们的思想空前活跃,价值取向日趋多样。企业作为社会经济的一部分,面临着同样严峻的形势和问题。本文从社会主义核心价值体系理论入手,分析其引领企业文化建设的基本思路。
Corporate culture is the soul of an enterprise. Its impact on the development of an enterprise is rooted, far-reaching and universal. It is an important source of cohesion and creativity of an enterprise. It is also an important factor for enhancing its core competitiveness. At a time when China’s society is in a transitional period, all kinds of ideological and cultural exchanges have become more and more frequent. People’s thinking has never been more vigorous and its value orientation is becoming increasingly diverse. As part of the social economy, enterprises face the same severe situation and problems. This article starts with the theory of socialist core value system and analyzes its basic ideas of leading the construction of enterprise culture.
