供应商如何改善库存管理水平,提高竞争力,网络零售商如何优化库存成本与运输成本,以获得更大的利润空间,已成为网购供应链中不可忽视的问题。本文在收益共享契约条件下,阐述多阶段优化供应商产品的库存数量策略,并按收益共享契约参数让供应商及网络零售商共同分摊运输费用,使得基于收益共享契约条件下双方的利润都大于传统网购供应链中的利润,并以实例分析验证了该模型给合作双方带来的经济效益,为更好的促进双方的合作提供了有效路径。
How to improve the level of inventory management and improve the competitiveness of suppliers, how to optimize the inventory costs and transportation costs of online retailers in order to gain more profit margins, has become a problem that can not be ignored in online shopping supply chain. Under the conditions of revenue sharing contract, this paper describes the strategy of inventory quantity in multi-stage optimization of suppliers’ products. According to the revenue-sharing contract parameters, suppliers and online retailers share the transportation costs together. The profits of both parties under the revenue-sharing contract are greater than The profit of the traditional online shopping supply chain has been verified by examples. The economic benefit brought by this model to both parties has been verified, which provides an effective way to promote the cooperation between both parties.
