目的评价消毒剂过氧戊二酸毒性,为其在消毒领域广泛应用提供依据。方法采用皮肤和眼粘膜刺激实验,观察过氧戊二酸对家兔皮肤和眼的局部反应;采用固定剂量法进行蓄积毒性实验,当实验组累积发生一半动物死亡终止实验;选用小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核实验和精子畸形实验,对过氧戊二酸遗传毒性进行评价。结果 2.0%浓度的过氧戊二酸对家兔皮肤刺激强度积分为0分,0.5%浓度的过氧戊二酸对家兔眼刺激强度积分为2分;过氧戊二酸的蓄积系数K=5,蓄积毒性极弱。与阴性对照组比较,过氧戊二酸所致微核率和精子畸形率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论过氧戊二酸在本实验范围内对皮肤和眼睛无刺激性,弱蓄积毒性,无致微核和精子畸形作用,是一种低毒的过氧酸消毒剂。
Objective To evaluate the toxicity of perylene glutaric acid as a disinfectant and provide the basis for its wide application in the field of disinfection. Methods The skin and eye mucosal irritation test was used to observe the local reaction of perylene glutaric acid on skin and eyes of rabbits. The fixed dose method was used to accumulate toxicity test. When the experimental group had half of the animals died, the experiment was terminated. Polychromatic erythrocytes micronucleus test and sperm deformity test were performed to evaluate the genotoxicity of perylene glutaric acid. Results 2.0% concentration of peroxomonosulfate on rabbit skin irritation strength score was 0 points, 0.5% concentration of perylene glutaric acid on rabbit eye irritation intensity integral was 2 points; peroxy glutaric acid accumulation coefficient K = 5, Accumulation of toxicity is very weak. Compared with the negative control group, there was no significant difference in micronucleus rate and sperm abnormality rate induced by peracetic acid (P> 0.05). Conclusions Peroxoglutaric acid is a low toxic peroxyacid disinfectant that is non-irritating to the skin and eyes in the experimental range, has low accumulative toxicity, does not cause micronuclei and sperm deformity.
