[目的]探讨超前护理目标干预在抢救危重烧伤延迟复苏病人中的应用效果,培养护士的预见性护理能力,提高延迟复苏病人的抢救成功率。[方法]对2012年7月—2015年6月收治的40例危重烧伤延迟复苏病人(观察组)实施超前护理目标干预,用于休克期抢救,与2010年1月—2012年6月收治的30例危重烧伤延迟复苏病人(对照组)的护理效果进行比较。[结果]观察组器官并发症低于对照组,抢救成功率高于对照组;观察组休克期心率、抢救耗时、机械通气时间、休克纠正时间低于对照组,中心静脉压(CVP)、每小时尿量高于对照组。[结论]超前护理目标干预能降低危重烧伤延迟复苏病人的并发症发生率、缩短抢救时间、提高危重烧伤延迟复苏病人抢救成功率。
[Objective] To explore the application effect of advanced nursing intervention in rescuing patients with delayed resuscitation of critical burn, to nurse the predictive nursing ability and to improve the success rate of resuscitation. [Method] Forty patients with delayed burn patients with severe burn admitted to our hospital from July 2012 to June 2015 were enrolled in the advanced nursing intervention. They were used for emergency treatment in shock stage and were divided into two groups: one from January 2010 to June 2012 30 cases of critically ill burn patients with delayed resuscitation (control group) nursing effect comparison. [Results] The organ complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the rescue success rate was higher than that in the control group. The heart rate, rescue time, mechanical ventilation time and shock correction time in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, CVP, Urine volume per hour higher than the control group. [Conclusion] The intervention of advanced nursing can reduce the incidence of complication, shorten the rescue time and improve the rescue success rate of critically ill burn patients with delayed resuscitation.
