在粮食储藏过程中,粮堆内不同部位的温差会导致粮堆局部的质热传递,这影响了粮食的安全,比如粮食发热、结露、霉变等。研究粮堆内质热传递的方法有很多,对拟合回归方程法、可视化图表法、有限元方法、CFD数值模拟技术、纯数值计算法、灰色系统分析等主要方法的原理以及应用进行综述,以期为粮堆质热传递的研究提供参考。
During grain storage, the temperature difference between different parts of the grain pile can cause local heat and mass transfer of the grain pile, which affects food security, such as food fever, dew condensation and mildew. There are many methods to study the heat and mass transfer in the grain heap. The principle and application of the main methods such as fitting regression equation method, visualization chart method, finite element method, CFD numerical simulation technique, pure numerical method and gray system analysis are reviewed. In order to provide reference for the research of heat transfer of grain heap.
