X195柴油机使用中常产生齿轮室内平衡轴磨损,扇形平衡块齿轮衬套磨损,使轴与套间隙太大。我们发现部分农村机手在修理中,往往不更换轴与套,就把扇形平衡块去掉,造成柴油机振动大,功率降低。因此,发现齿轮室内平衡装置有故障应及时修复: 1.平衡轴磨损与平衡块齿轮衬套磨损超过0.18毫米的间隙时,应更换平衡轴与平衡块齿轮衬套。 2.平衡块齿轮因磨损向外窜动,使平衡块齿轮与曲轴齿轮因啮合不好打牙,应在贴近平衡轴套与固定平衡轴上卡簧内加合适的垫圈。 3.当固定螺栓松动,使平衡轴与机体固定孔磨损间隙过大,平衡轴不能固定时,应将平衡轴与机体固
