目的观察短臂离心机暴露时前庭性错觉的诱发效果及特点,探讨将短臂离心机用于前庭性错觉地面模拟训练的可行性。方法参考电动转椅的前庭性错觉模拟训练方案,采用适合短臂离心机运行特点的前庭性错觉诱发方法,在SAC-Ⅲ型短臂离心机上对60名健康歼击机飞行员进行离心机反旋转错觉及科里奥利错觉模拟,观察错觉诱发情况。结果离心机反旋转错觉、科里奥利翻转错觉-头右旋、科里奥利翻转错觉-头左旋、科里奥利旋转错觉-头前倾和科里奥利旋转错觉-头回靠的诱发率分别为100.0%、93.3%、93.3%、70.0%和23.3%。离心机反旋转错觉诱发率大于科里奥利翻转错觉(χ2=4.186,P<0.05)和科里奥利旋转错觉(χ2=49.655,P<0.01);科里奥利翻转错觉诱发率大于科里奥利旋转错觉(χ2=62.222,P<0.01)。离心机反旋转错觉均出现于制动减速的后半段;科里奥利翻转错觉形态与电动转椅模拟基本一致;科里奥利旋转错觉形态表现较为多样。结论在短臂离心机上可以诱发明显的反向旋转错觉及科里奥利错觉,短臂离心机可用于飞行人员前庭性错觉的地面模拟训练。
Objective To observe the inducing effect and characteristics of vestibular misoperation when exposed to short-arm centrifuge and to explore the feasibility of using short-arm centrifuge to simulate vestibular illusion. Methods With reference to the vestibular illusion simulation training program of electric swivel chair, 60 healthy fighter pilots were subjected to anti-rotation illusion of the centrifuge on SAC-Ⅲ short-arm centrifuge using the method of vestibular illusion induction suitable for the operation of short arm centrifuge Lioli illusion simulation to observe the illusion induced situation. Results Centrifuge anti-rotation illusion, Coriolis reversed illusion - head dextrous, Coriolis reversed illusion - head left, Coriolis rotation illusion - head tilt and Coriolis spin illusion - head back to rely on Induction rates were 100.0%, 93.3%, 93.3%, 70.0% and 23.3%, respectively. The induced rate of reverse rotation was higher than that of Coriolis (χ2 = 4.186, P <0.05) and Coriolis rotation (χ2 = 49.655, P <0.01). The induced rate of Coriolis overturning was greater than that of Coriolis Rioli illusion (χ2 = 62.222, P <0.01). Eccentric anti-rotation illusion appeared in the second half of deceleration; Coriolis flip illusion morphology and electric swivel chair simulation is basically the same; Coriolis spin illusion morphology is more diverse. Conclusion The short-arm centrifuge can induce obvious reverse rotation illusion and Coriolis illusion. The short-arm centrifuge can be used to simulate the ground vestige of pilots.
