教师专业进步是素质教育能够进一步开展的必然结果,同时也确保了老师们能够适应教育改革的诉求。教学反思是促进老师们不断在专业性进步道路上的必要措施和推进剂。本文以高中历史课堂为例,提出了教学反思有利于教师更加主动地参与教学和积极发展专业,是促进教师专业成长的有效途径,是教师专业成长的必由之路的结论。
Teachers’ professional progress is the inevitable result that quality education can be carried out further. At the same time, it ensures that teachers can adapt themselves to the demands of education reform. Teaching reflection is to promote teachers on the path of professional progress necessary measures and propellant. Taking high school history classroom as an example, this paper puts forward that teaching introspection is conducive to teachers ’active participation in teaching and active professional development. It is an effective way to promote teachers’ professional growth and the only way for teachers to grow professionally.
