发达国家在教育信息化建设的过程中,所遇到的瓶颈问题往往是一线教师在信息技术的应用方面存在欠缺。有了先进的技术支持,如果应用者技术不达标,也势必无法充分发挥信息技术的作用。因为当前的中小学教师信息技术应用水平参差不齐,对其进行培训成为推进中小学信息化进程的重要环节。本文将从中小学教师的信息技术应用现状入手,对中小学教师的信息技术应用培训策略进行了分析。
In developed countries, the bottleneck problems encountered by front-line teachers are often lacking in the application of information technology in the process of education informationization. With advanced technical support, if the application of technology does not meet the standard, it will inevitably be unable to give full play to the role of information technology. Because the current level of information technology in primary and secondary school teachers is uneven, its training has become an important part of the process of promoting information in primary and secondary schools. This paper starts with the application of information technology in primary and secondary schools, and analyzes the information technology application training strategies for primary and secondary school teachers.
