目的探讨甲硝唑缓释药膜治疗牙周炎的临床疗效。方法选取射阳县人民医院口腔科2015年2月—2016年12月收治的牙周炎患者90例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各45例。对照组患者采用高露洁贝齿漱口水治疗,观察组患者采用甲硝唑缓释药膜,两组患者均持续治疗1周。比较两组患者治疗前后牙周炎症状积分,并统计比较两组患者治疗后6个月、12个月牙周炎复发率。结果治疗前,两组患者牙周炎症状总积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者牙周炎症状总积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后6、12个月,观察组患者牙周炎复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用甲硝唑缓释药膜治疗牙周炎的临床疗效确切,可明显改善患者的相关症状,预防牙周炎复发。
Objective To study the clinical effect of metronidazole sustained-release film on periodontitis. Methods 90 patients with periodontitis admitted to Department of Stomatology, Sheyang People’s Hospital from February 2015 to December 2016 were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method, with 45 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with Colgate bivalve mouthwash. Metronidazole sustained-release membrane was used in the observation group. Patients in both groups were treated for one week. Periodontitis symptom scores were compared between the two groups before and after treatment, and the recurrence rates of periodontitis at 6 and 12 months after treatment were statistically compared between the two groups. Results Before treatment, the total score of periodontitis symptom scores was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). After treatment, the total score of periodontitis symptoms in the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). At 6 and 12 months after treatment, the recurrence rate of periodontitis in observation group was lower than that in control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Metronidazole sustained-release membrane treatment of periodontitis clinical curative effect is exact, can significantly improve the patient’s symptoms, prevention of recurrence of periodontitis.
