During the 12th Five-Year Plan period, due to the rapid development of nuclear power in our country and the need of national strategy, the national geologic prospecting funds have been increasing year by year. A great deal of basic data and documents have been formed in the work of nuclear geological prospecting units ([1], 5). With the great changes in the management of geological exploration projects, geological exploration units have gradually attached great importance to the management of geological exploration files. How to manage and make good use of the geological prospecting and research files has become an important issue before geological exploration units. I. The Importance of Scientific and Technological Archives Geological exploration of scientific research archives is a documentary material formed by geological prospecting units in the process of geological exploration and has various forms of carriers such as preserved words, charts, data and audiovisual images.
