1.存在的问题我段1983年度在架修和运用中,发现12240型柴油机润滑系统存在如下问题: (1) 柴油机相对运动的零部件(主、副连杆销孔及销,活塞销孔及销,曲轴及主轴瓦、连杆瓦,滑动轴承等)的摩擦表面拉伤多,更换率高。1983年第四季度八台架修机车的主轴瓦、连杆耳销孔因严重拉伤更换(不包括轻微拉伤装车继续使用的)的情况列于下表。
1.
