[目的]了解和探讨医学研究生个性特征和心理卫生状况。[方法]采用自编一般人口学资料调查表、中国版明尼苏达多项个性测查表(MMPI)对354名医学硕士研究生进行整群抽样、现况研究,问卷由学生自行独立填写完成。[结果]①男性研究生除Hy、Mf量表之外,其他量表均与全国常模有统计学差异(P﹤0.01,P﹤0.001);女性研究生除Hy、Ma量表之外,其他量表均与全国常模有统计学差异(P﹤0.001)。②全体研究生各量表T分平均值均低于60分,个别研究生少数分量表T分值大于60分。③以人口资料学各变量为分类变量做两样本t检验,发现父母关系不良和父母教育意见不统一的研究生Hs、D、Pd、Sc量表得分高(P﹤0.05)。[结论]医学研究生整体个性发育比较完善,个别研究生个性不容乐观,尤应重视父母关系不良、教育意见不统一的研究生个性问题。
[Objective] To understand and discuss the medical students’ personality traits and mental health status. [Methods] A total of 354 medical masters were enrolled in this study. The questionnaire was completed by students independently by using self-compiled general demographic data questionnaire and Chinese version Minnesota multiple personality questionnaire (MMPI). [Results] (1) Male students except Hy and Mf had statistically significant differences (P <0.01, P <0.001) except for Hy and Ma scales Table and the national norm has a statistically significant difference (P <0.001). ② The average scores of T scores of all the graduates were less than 60 points, and the scores of individual subscales of T scores were more than 60 points. ③Take two-sample t-test with variables of population data as the categorical variables, and found that the scores of Hs, D, Pd, Sc of the graduate students with poor parental relationship and parents’ educational opinion were higher (P <0.05). [Conclusion] The overall personality development of medical postgraduates is quite perfect. The personality of individual postgraduates is not optimistic. Especially, the individuality problems of postgraduates with poor parental relations and non - uniform educational opinions should be emphasized.
