苏霍姆林斯基说过:“在人的心灵深处,都有一种根深蒂固的需要,这就是希望自己是一个发现者、研究者、探索者,而在儿童的精神世界中,这种需要特别强烈。”学生学习数学的过程应该是一个学生亲自参与、丰富、生动的思维过程;要让学生自主探索,经历一个实践的过程。三位数退位减的算法,看似很简单的教学,但是在过程中如何让学生自己探索、自己发现,是一个难点。在教学中,我尝试让学生自主探究,充分经历计算的过程。
