信息技术对档案职业地位的影响 没有什么会比相应的社会地位这一问题更加折磨着世界各地的信息机构及其工作人员。显然,应当赋予信息机构足以反映其对国家生活和社会发展所具有的真正的价值的财力物力水平,以及与其它公共机构相当的社会地位。专业培训则是其中的关键因素。如果人们认为培训措施不具有良好的相当的学术水平,那么,毕业生就没有希望获得满意的职业地位。培训课程和机构应付信息技术挑战的方式,很可能对其多年后的发展状况和社会地位具有极大的重要意义。
The impact of information technology on the occupational status of archives does nothing more than afflict information agencies and their staff all over the world over the corresponding social status issues. Obviously, the level of financial and material resources sufficient for the information agencies to reflect their true value to the country’s life and social development, as well as the social status comparable to other public institutions, should be given to the information agencies. Professional training is one of the key factors. If people think that training measures do not have a good academic standard, graduates have no hope of obtaining a satisfactory career status. The ways in which training courses and institutions meet the information technology challenges are likely to be of great importance to their development status and social status over the years.
