以316不锈钢板为对象,研究了其光纤激光-TIG复合焊接的工艺特点,探讨了各主要参数对焊缝成型的影响规律。结果表明,相比单独TIG焊接,用光纤激光-TIG复合热源焊接316不锈钢,焊接速度能明显提高,熔深明显增大,而熔宽增加并不明显甚至减小。以复合焊工艺(TIG电流120A,激光400W,焊接速度27cm/min)对5mm厚316不锈钢板进行对接焊,结果显示光纤激光-TIG复合焊接316不锈钢板相比单独TIG焊接能够显著提高焊缝的抗拉强度,使其非常接近母材,弯曲性能也与母材一样良好,同时焊接变形明显减小。
Taking 316 stainless steel as an example, the technological characteristics of the fiber laser-TIG composite welding were studied, and the influence of the main parameters on the weld formation was discussed. The results show that, compared with the TIG welding alone, the fiber laser-TIG composite heat source welding 316 stainless steel, welding speed can be significantly increased, the penetration depth increased significantly, while the increase in melting width is not obvious or even reduced. The butt welding of 5mm thick 316 stainless steel with composite welding process (TIG current of 120A, laser of 400W, welding speed of 27cm / min) showed that the fiber laser-TIG composite welding of 316 stainless steel can significantly improve the weld Tensile strength, making it very close to the base metal, the bending performance is also as good as the base metal, welding deformation significantly reduced at the same time.
