目的了解盐碘含量调整前后常州市重点人群碘营养的变化情况,为制订有针对性的碘缺乏病防治措施提供依据。方法分析比较2011年(调整前)、2013年(调整后)全市人群碘营养监测数据,包括学龄儿童甲状腺肿大,学龄儿童、育龄妇女尿中碘浓度和家中食盐碘含量。结果盐碘含量调整后,盐碘均数从31.07 mg/kg下降至24.87mg/kg,盐碘含量在18~33 mg/kg的频率由72.5%上升至94.9%。2011年、2013年全市均未发现学龄儿童甲状腺肿大。盐碘含量调整前、后学龄儿童尿碘中位数由244.8μg/L下降至198.31μg/L,尿碘值在100~199μg/L的分别占29%、42.7%;育龄妇女尿碘中位数由220.8μg/L下降至180.12μg/L,尿碘值在100~199μg/L的分别占31%、50%。盐碘下降1 mg/kg,学龄儿童、孕妇、哺乳妇女的尿碘分别下降7.50μg/L、4.87μg/L、12.90μg/L。结论盐碘含量调整后,常州市学龄儿童、育龄妇女的尿碘值呈下降趋势,并逐渐达到适宜水平。建议继续加强人群碘营养监测。
Objective To understand the changes of iodine nutrition in key population of Changzhou before and after the adjustment of salt iodine content so as to provide basis for making targeted prevention and cure measures of iodine deficiency disorders. Methods The data of iodine nutrition monitoring in 2011 (before adjustment) and 2013 (after adjustment) in the whole city were analyzed and compared, including urinary iodine concentration in school-age children, school-age children, childbearing women and salt iodine in the family. Results After the content of salt and iodine was adjusted, the average salt and iodine concentration decreased from 31.07 mg / kg to 24.87 mg / kg and the salt iodine content increased from 72.5% to 94.9% at 18-33 mg / kg. 2011, 2013, the city did not find the school-age children goiter. Conclusion After adjusting the content of salt and iodine, the urinary iodine value of school-age children and women of childbearing age in Changzhou shows a decreasing trend and gradually reaches the appropriate level. It is recommended to continue to monitor the iodine nutrition of the population.
