文章对中国原子能科学研究院研制的中放废液沥青固化设施作出了安全评价。该设施在热试验运行中,工作人员所受平均外照射月剂量当量为0.136×10~(-2)Sv,个人最大外照射月剂量当量为0.390×10~(-2)Sv;释放到环境中的放射性物质远低于允许限量;把操作温度严格控制在170℃以下,避免了沥青固化物的燃爆危险。文章还简述了该设施的结构特点、主要工艺流程以及辐射防护安全措施。
The article made a safety assessment on the asphalt curing facilities of China Radioactive Wastewater Research Institute of China Institute of Atomic Energy. During the thermal test operation, the average monthly dose equivalent of workers exposed to external radiation was 0.136 × 10 -2 Sv, and the monthly maximum equivalent dose of external exposure was 0.390 × 10 -2 Sv. When released to the environment In the radioactive material is far below the allowable limit; the operating temperature strictly controlled at below 170 ℃, to avoid the burning of asphalt curing danger. The article also briefly described the structural features of the facility, the main process and radiation protection safety measures.
