这套练功法主要是由四肢关节活动所组成。通过四肢关节的活动,滑利肢体关节,消除肢体关节疼痛,改善全身心血管系统活动和神经调节功能,有助于增长四肢肌肉力量,维持肢体正常形态,松解肢体软组织粘连和痉挛。这套练功法几乎是全身活动,能提高四肢和躯干活动能力,对人体有全面的影响。 第一节 马步推掌 预备姿势:两腿中开步,两手握拳于腰侧部。(拳心向上)(图4-1) 动作:1.两腿成马步,同时两臂内旋(掌心向前,指尖相对)向前推掌。 2.两臂外旋(掌心向上)还原成预备姿势。3~4与1~2动作相同。
