目的观察预处理(PC)对乳鼠心肌细胞缺氧复氧(A/R)损伤的影响,并探讨其机理。方法采用心肌细胞A/R损伤模型,用短暂缺氧进行预处理。结果预处理能提高A/R后心肌细胞存活率,减少细胞MDA产生及LDH和蛋白质的漏出,激活心肌细胞PKC活性。PKC抑制剂完全阻断了PC的细胞保护作用。结论离体心肌细胞存在PC保护现象,其保护机理与PKC激活有关
Objective To investigate the effect of preconditioning (PC) on cardiomyocyte hypoxia-reoxygenation (A / R) injury in neonatal rats and its mechanism. Methods Cardiomyocytes A / R injury model was pretreated with transient hypoxia. Results Pretreatment could improve the survival rate of cardiomyocytes after A / R, decrease the production of MDA and the leakage of LDH and protein, and activate the activity of PKC in cardiomyocytes. PKC inhibitors completely blocked the cytoprotective effect of PC. Conclusion There is PC protection in isolated cardiomyocytes, and its protective mechanism is related to PKC activation
