交警部门的立案突出问题尤其是事故处理方面的突出问题,历来是公安机关信访投诉、复议复核和行政诉讼的重点。针对交通事故处理中存在的突出问题,应深入分析查找其产生的根源,各级公安交警部门,要切实转变作风,努力在整改问题、规范执法上下功夫,从思想认识、整改落实、制度建设、监督管理等方面入手,全力做好各项公安交管工作尤其是事故处理工作。
Outstanding problems in the filing of traffic police departments, especially the prominent problems in accident handling, have always been the focus of complaint handling, reconsideration review and administrative litigation of public security organs. In light of the outstanding problems in handling traffic accidents, the root causes of them should be thoroughly analyzed and analyzed.
