心钠素(ANP)是由心房和肺组织分泌的一种钠利尿多肽。近几年,关于心功能不全时血浆ANP浓度的报告颇不一致。本文应用特异性强、灵敏度高的ANP放射免疫测定方法,对老年前期、老年期正常人和相同年龄段的肺心病患者血浆ANP,浓度进行了对比观察。
Atrial natriuretic peptide (ANP) is a sodium diuretic peptide secreted by the atrium and lung tissue. In recent years, reports of plasma ANP concentration in cardiac insufficiency have been quite inconsistent. In this paper, ANP radioimmunoassay with high specificity and high sensitivity was used to compare plasma concentrations of ANP in patients with cor pulmonale at the pre-senile and elderly normal subjects and at the same age.
