目的:观察脆性组氨酸三连体基因(fragile histidine triad,FHIT)蛋白在喉声门型癌组织细胞中定位及分布情况,比较其在吸烟组和非吸烟组癌组织中的表达差异以及吸烟量和FHIT表达的关系。方法:运用免疫组织化学SP法检测66例喉声门型癌手术切除组织中FHIT蛋白的表达。结果:FHIT蛋白在喉声门型癌组织中表达阳性率为33.3%(22/ 66),吸烟组FHIT蛋白表达阳性率为24.5%(12/49),比非吸烟组58.8%(10/17)低,差别有统计学意义(x2=6.07,P=0.01)。结论:FHIT蛋白在喉声门型癌组织中的表达减弱或缺失是常发事件。喉声门型癌吸烟组FHIT蛋白表达减弱或缺失较非吸烟组高,吸烟组 FHIT蛋白表达减弱或缺失与患者吸烟的年支数(每天吸烟量与吸烟年数的乘积)无明显相关关系(rs=-0.0499,P=0.7334)。图1表2 参12
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the localization and distribution of fragile histidine triad (FHIT) protein in laryngeal glottic carcinoma cells and to compare the expression of FHIT protein with that in smoking group and non-smoking group as well as smoking Relationship between quantity and FHIT expression. Methods: Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of FHIT protein in 66 cases of laryngeal glottic carcinoma. Results: The positive expression rate of FHIT protein in laryngeal gland carcinoma was 33.3% (22/66). The positive expression rate of FHIT protein in smoking group was 24.5% (12/49) than that in non - smoking group. 8% (10/17) lower, the difference was statistically significant (x2 = 6.07, P = 0.01). Conclusion: Weak or missing FHIT protein expression in laryngeal gland carcinoma is a frequent occurrence. There was no significant correlation between FHIT protein expression and deletion in patients with laryngocarcinoma and non-smoking group (P <0.05). The decrease or loss of FHIT protein expression in smoking group had no significant correlation with the annual number of cigarettes smoked per day (the product of smoking per day and smoking year) = -0.0499, P = 0.7334).
