创意产业的概念最早在英国被提出,早在1997年,英国首相布莱尔设立创意产业特别工作小组,想大力发展创意产业来调整产业机构,解决国内严峻的就业问题。特别工作小组将大力发展文化创意产业作为重要的国家经济发展战略。英国政府为扶植文化创意产业的发展,提供了很多支持措施,在较短时间内实现了文化创意产业的繁荣,极大的拉动了国民经济的发展。英国的文化创意产业集群分布广泛,本文选取伦敦和谢菲尔德两座城市的文化创意产业集群加以分析。
The concept of creative industries was first proposed in Britain. As early as 1997, the British Prime Minister Blair set up a creative industries special working group. He wanted to vigorously develop the creative industries to adjust industrial structures and solve the serious domestic employment problems. The special working group will vigorously develop cultural and creative industries as an important national economic development strategy. The British government has provided many supportive measures to support the development of the cultural and creative industries and has achieved the prosperity of the cultural and creative industries in a relatively short period of time and has greatly stimulated the development of the national economy. The cultural and creative industries in the UK are widely distributed. This paper analyzes the cultural and creative industries in London and Sheffield.
