本文对新农村建设中的农村劳动力的流动对于犯罪的影响进行分类研究。劳动力的转移使得社会劳动力的分配出现大幅度调整,社会人群结构比例发生变化。由于心理、社会制度等多方面因素的综合作用,部分农村劳动力犯罪也出现具有类别性的特征。因此,本文同时从进城农民工及农村移民第二代、留守人群以及劳动力流入所产生的犯罪多个角度进行研究,重点分析犯罪产生的原因,以期对农村劳动力转移过程中产生的犯罪原因作出新的诠释。
This article classifies the impact of rural labor mobility on the crime in the new rural construction. The transfer of labor has led to a drastic adjustment in the distribution of social labor force and a change in the proportion of social population structure. Due to the combined effect of many factors, such as psychology and social system, some rural labor crimes also appeared to have the characteristics of categories.
