笔者对常见9种原发性骨肿瘤和瘤样病变79例放射学影像观察分析,结果表明,常规X线平片基本上都能显示其病变特征,作出正确诊断。由于X线平片可以反复检查,动态观察,可判断病变消长,直观、经济简便。故而仍为骨肿瘤及瘤样病变首选检查。CT敏感性高,对早期轻度病变及病变细节显示优于平片,增强扫描对估计骨髓、软组织和大血管是否受累及其范围的显示也优于X线平片。两侧肢体骨髓腔CT值比较,有助于诊断和鉴别。对骨肿瘤及瘤样病变的诊断应该坚持临床、影像和病理相结合。
The author of the common 9 kinds of primary bone tumors and tumor-like lesions in 79 cases of radiological imaging analysis, the results show that the conventional X-ray film can basically show its lesion characteristics, to make a correct diagnosis. Because the X-ray film can be repeatedly examined and observed dynamically, the lesions can be judged to be long, intuitive and economical. Therefore, it is still the first choice for bone tumors and tumor-like lesions. The CT sensitivities are superior to plain films in the detection of early mild lesions and lesion details. The enhanced scans are also superior to X-ray radiographs in estimating the extent of bone marrow, soft tissue, and large vessels involvement and extent. The comparison of the CT values of the bone marrow cavity on both sides is helpful for diagnosis and differentiation. The diagnosis of bone tumors and tumor-like lesions should adhere to the combination of clinical, imaging, and pathology.
