有关大白鼠正常心电图资料报道较少,且各作者之结果差异颇大。鉴于目前大白鼠在实验室中应用日益广泛,常将心电图作为筛选和观察实验效果的一项重要指标。为此,我们选用我校动物所繁殖之健康成年大鼠100只,其中雄鼠75只,雌鼠25只,体重248±44克,在乙醚轻度麻醉下,取仰卧位,用热笔式直接描记型心电图机记录6个肢导和一个单报中央胸导的心电图。纸速50毫米/秒,定标电压1毫伏=20毫米。各导均用短针电极刺入皮下,肢导电极安放部位与人相同,胸导刺入动物心搏最强点处皮下(胸骨左缘第5肋间距中线约1厘米处)。100例正常心电图资料经统计、分析后小结如下:一、大白鼠正常心电图各成分之正常值及特点:100例均为窦性心律,心律齐,心率为370～500次/分,均值为418±34次/分。P 波在aVR 和aVL 导联为负向,其他各导均为正向,各导P 波电压间差异较大,而时间除aVL 和V 导外均相近,均值为0.0173±0.0043秒。 There are few reports on the normal ECG data of rats, and the results vary greatly among authors.
