以 4 D染色体携带 Rht10而极度矮化的小麦显性矮秆系“矮变 1号”与中、高秆的现代小麦改良品种杂交 ,选育出了一批植株较矮变 1号显著提升、以至达到小麦育种理想株高的半显性衍生矮秆系 ,已将其应用于杂交小麦及小麦常规育种。对半显性衍生矮秆系与起始矮秆系矮变 1号矮秆主基因之间的同一性进行了研究。以此提出了小麦显性矮秆基因“微突变”的概念 ,对小麦显性矮秆基因的起源、进化及其在小麦矮化育种中的应用 ,进行了相应的讨论
Dwarfing dwarf strain Dwarf No.1, which was extremely dwarfed by the 4 D chromosome carrying Rht10, was crossed with the modern wheat varieties with medium and high stalks, and a number of plants were dwarfed and significantly improved. So as to achieve the ideal plant height of wheat breeding semi-dominant dwarf derived lines, it has been applied to hybrid wheat and wheat breeding. The identities between the semidominant derivative dwarf lines and the dwarfing primary dwarfing dwarfing primary gene were studied. The concept of “micro-mutation” of wheat dominant dwarf gene was proposed to discuss the origin, evolution and application of Dominant Dwarf gene in wheat dwarf breeding
