目的了解平罗县美容美发场所卫生质量状况,为卫生监督执法提供依据。方法依据国家卫生部《公共场所卫生监测技术规范》和《公共场所卫生标准检验方法》,对辖区内美容美发场所理发工具、床上用品、美发毛巾、面扑等公共用品及室内空气进行采样监测。结果共采集美容美发场所各类样品197份,平均合格率为86.80%。2013-2015年各年度合格率分别为76.25%(61/80)、94.74%(54/57)和93.33%(56/60),2014年合格率最高,2013年合格率最低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。所抽检的美容美发用品中,美发毛巾合格率最低,其次为床上用品和面扑,理发工具合格率最高,不同用品差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论平罗县美容美发场所卫生质量整体较好,但应加强对重点用品尤其是美发毛巾、美容床上用品和面扑等的监管。
Objective To understand the health quality of beauty salons in Pingluo County and provide the basis for health supervision and law enforcement. Methods According to the Ministry of Public Health “public places health monitoring technical specifications” and “public health standards test methods”, the area hairdressing and hairdressing facilities barber tools, bedding, hairdressing towel, face flutter and other public supplies and indoor air sampling and monitoring. Results A total of 197 samples of various types of beauty salons were collected, with an average pass rate of 86.80%. The pass rates in each year from 2013 to 2015 were 76.25% (61/80), 94.74% (54/57) and 93.33% (56/60), respectively. The highest pass rate was obtained in 2014 and the lowest passing rate in 2013 with statistical differences Significance (P <0.05). The sampling of beauty salons supplies, the lowest pass rate of hair towels, followed by bedding and flutter, barber tools, the highest pass rate, different supplies were statistically significant differences (P <0.05). Conclusions The overall hygiene quality of beauty salons in Pingluo county is better overall, but the supervision of key products, especially the hair towels, beauty bedding and face floss, should be strengthened.
