目的探讨miR-652在肺癌细胞中的表达及作用。方法应用Real-timeRT-PCR技术检测肺癌细胞中miR-652的表达。通过AO/EB染色法检测miR-652可以引起体外培养肺癌细胞发生凋亡。结果 Real-timeRT-PCR结果显示,与正常肺组织相比miR-652在肺癌组织中表达降低;细胞转染miR-652,AO/EB荧光染色出现细胞体积缩小,核固缩等典型凋亡形态改变。结论 miR-652能抑制肺癌细胞的生长,可能成为新的治疗靶点。
Objective To investigate the expression and function of miR-652 in lung cancer cells. Methods Real-time RT-PCR was used to detect the expression of miR-652 in lung cancer cells. Detecting miR-652 by AO / EB staining can cause apoptosis of lung cancer cells in vitro. Results The results of Real-time RT-PCR showed that the expression of miR-652 in lung cancer tissues was lower than that in normal lung tissues. The typical morphological changes such as cell shrinkage and nuclear condensation were observed by miR-652 staining and AO / EB staining change. Conclusion miR-652 can inhibit the growth of lung cancer cells and may be a new therapeutic target.
