党的十八大提出把生态文明建设放在突出地位,融入经济建设、政治建设、文化建设、社会建设各方面和全过程。这为我国节能减排工作提出了新要求,规划了新内容,归纳其核心是全面促进资源节约,推动资源利用方式根本转变,提高能源利用效率。就公路行业节能减排来说,近几年来,一大批节能新产品、新材料生产企业和新兴技术如雨后春笋般不断涌现,而在这些案例背后,离不开政策的有力推动和组织的有力保障。
The 18th National Party Congress put forward the construction of ecological civilization in a prominent position and integrate it into all aspects and the entire process of economic construction, political construction, cultural construction and social construction. This put forward new requirements for China’s energy-saving emission reduction work and planned new contents. The core of the plan is to promote resource conservation in an all-round way, promote fundamental changes in resource utilization and improve energy efficiency. In terms of energy conservation and emission reduction in the road industry, a large number of energy-saving new products, new material manufacturers and emerging technologies have sprung up in recent years. Behind these cases, they are inseparable from the vigorous promotion of policies and strong protection of the organization .
