摆辗是生产机械零件的金属成形过程之一,利用数值分析的方法研究摆辗已有30多年历史。大多数的论文专注于圆柱形或者是环形件的摆辗,这是由于说明简单形状零件的摆辗过程较为容易。已有研究项目涉及最多的是摆头与坯料的接触面积问题、金属流动机制、应力状态和应变状态、应变率、成形载荷以及影响冷摆辗成形过程等现象。这些问题已得到彻底研究,但很明显只是简单形状
Rotary rolling is one of the metal forming processes for producing mechanical parts. It has been more than 30 years since the numerical analysis method was used to study swinging. Most papers focus on a cylindrical or ring-shaped roller due to the easing of the swinging of simple-shaped parts. The most research projects have been involved are the problem of the contact area between head and billet, the mechanism of metal flow, the state of stress and strain, the rate of strain, the forming load and the influence of cold swing forming process.
