执政风险是党执政后面临的一个直接而现实的问题。毛泽东作为党的第一代中央领导集体的核心,首次从执政党角度提出了“风险”的概念。他正确判断出党的主要执政风险源在党内,科学分析了引发闹事问题的矛盾主导方面,提出大力加强党的作风建设,练好党抵御执政风险的内功。这些重要的思想和实践对于在新的历史条件下抵御执政风险仍具有重要指导意义。
Ruling risk is a direct and realistic issue facing the party after it takes power. As the core of the first generation of the central collective leadership of the party, Mao Zedong put forward the concept of “risk” for the first time from the perspective of the ruling party. He correctly judged that the party’s main ruling source of risk was within the party, scientifically analyzed the contradictions leading to the trouble and put forward the internal strength of strengthening the party’s style of work and training the party to resist the ruling risks. These important ideas and practices are still of great guiding significance for resisting the ruling risks under the new historical conditions.
