目的:探讨武汉市城乡老年人身体形态发展现状及变化趋势,研究城乡环境对老年人身体形态的影响,为提高城乡老年人体质、组织开展健身活动提供有益参考。方法:根据2014年武汉市国民体质检测工作要求,采用随机整群抽样原则随机选取60-69岁老年人进行身体形态指标测试和统计分析。结果:身高方面男性及女性各组没有显著性差异,乡村老年人有下降趋势;随着年龄增加城镇老年人体重、胸围、腰围、臀围、BMI指数较为恒定或有增加,且均比同年龄阶段乡村老年人高;乡村老年人体重、臀围有降低趋势,尤其是乡村男性胸围、腰围、BMI指数、WHR方面降低比较明显。结论:武汉市城乡老年人身体形态方面具有一定差异,乡村老年人部分形态指标(身高、胸围和臀围)衰退较城镇高,但在体重、BMI、腰围指标方面优于城镇老年人。
OBJECTIVE: To explore the status quo and trend of body shape development of urban and rural elderly in Wuhan, and to study the influence of urban and rural environment on the physical constitution of the elderly and to provide beneficial reference for improving the physical fitness of urban and rural elderly. Methods: According to the requirements of national physical examination in Wuhan in 2014, randomly selected 60-69-year-olds were randomly selected for statistical analysis. Results: There was no significant difference in the height between male and female groups, and the elderly in rural areas showed a decreasing trend. The body mass, chest circumference, waist circumference, hip circumference and BMI of urban elderly were more or less than those of the same age Stage elderly people in rural areas high; rural elderly weight, hip circumference decreased, especially in rural men’s chest circumference, waist circumference, BMI index, WHR reduction more obvious. Conclusion: There are some differences in the body shape of the elderly in urban and rural areas of Wuhan. The decline of some of the elderly (height, chest circumference and hip circumference) in rural elderly is higher than that in urban areas, but it is superior to that of urban elderly in weight, BMI and waist circumference.
