临床路径在呼吸科住院患者健康教育中的应用

目的:将临床路径应用于呼吸科住院患者的健康教育中,并分析其应用价值。方法:选取2014年10月~2015年9月在台州恩泽医疗中心(集团)路桥医院呼吸科治疗的180例患者作为研究对象,采用数字表法随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各90例患者。对照组给予常规的健康教育宣传,实验组在常规教育的基础上采用临床路径制定健康教育计划表,对患者进行系统的健康教育模式。比较两组患者在采取不同健康教育模式后的健康知识掌握程度、治疗依从性及患者对健康教育服务的满意度。结果:在采用临床路径下的健康教育护理模式后,实验组患者对疾病相关基础知识的掌握率为96.7%,明显高于对照组的83.3%;对疾病预防知识的掌握率为97.8%,远高于对照组的84.4%;对治疗的依从性为98.9%,远高于对照组的81.1%;对健康教育服务的满意度为94.4%,明显高于对照组的83.3%。实验组与对照组比较,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:将临床路径应用于呼吸科住院患者的健康教育中,可以有效提高患者健康知识的掌握程度,提高了患者对于疾病的认识与预防。提高了患者的治疗依从性,督导患者在护理中实现知、信、行的统一。提高了患者对健康教育护理服务的满意度。 Objective: To apply clinical pathways to health education of inpatients in respiratory department and analyze its application value. Methods: From October 2014 to September 2015, 180 patients treated in Respiratory Department of Luqiao Hospital of Taizhou Enze Medical Center (Group) were selected as subjects and randomly divided into experimental group and control group Cases of patients. The control group was given routine health education publicity. On the basis of routine education, the experimental group adopted the clinical pathway to formulate the health education schedule and conducted systematic health education mode for the patients. The degree of mastery of health knowledge, treatment compliance and patient satisfaction with health education services were compared between the two groups after taking different modes of health education. Results: After adopting the health education and nursing mode under the clinical pathway, the experimental group had a mastery rate of 96.7% of the basic knowledge about the disease, which was significantly higher than 83.3% of the control group. The mastery rate of the disease prevention knowledge was 97.8% 84.4% higher than that of the control group. The compliance with treatment was 98.9%, much higher than that of the control group (81.1%). The satisfaction rate of health education service was 94.4%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (83.3%). The experimental group and the control group, the difference was significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The application of clinical pathways in the health education of inpatients in respiratory department can effectively improve the mastery degree of patients’ health knowledge and improve their cognition and prevention of diseases. Improve the patient’s treatment compliance, supervision of patients in the nursing knowledge, letter, line of unity. Increased patient satisfaction with health education and nursing services.
