根据急倾斜煤层工作面顶底板地质赋存条件以及冒落矸石对工作面中下部采空区的充填特征,利用弹性薄板小挠度理论,建立了急倾斜工作面顶板的受力力学模型,研究了顶板在上覆岩层和下方充填矸石作用下顶板挠曲变形特征,得到急倾斜工作面下部采空区充填带宽度的理论计算公式和顶板变形挠度方程,结合龙煤集团七台河新铁煤矿工作面实际开采参数,分析出急倾斜工作面中上部顶板受力变形较大,下部顶板变形较小,最大挠度点距工作面上端头24 m处,最大变形量为320 mm,工作面中上部前方煤壁和后方煤壁处、上部顶板和中下部冒落矸石接触处将首先出现拉伸或剪切破坏,最后将形成“U”字型破断。研究结果与实际顶板受力变形相符。
According to the geologic conditions of roof and floor of steep coal seam and filling characteristics of gob on the goaf in the middle and lower part of the working face, the mechanical model of the roof is established based on the small deflection theory of elastic thin slab. The top plate flexural deformation characteristics of the roof under the overlying rock fill and under the filling of waste rock, the theoretical formula of the filling width of the goaf under the lower inclined working face and roof deformation deflection equation are obtained, combined with the work of Xintiang Coal Mine in Qitaihe of Longmen Coal Mine In the actual mining parameters, the stress deformation of the upper roof in the steep working face is large, and the deformation of the lower roof is smaller. The maximum deflection is 24 m away from the upper end of the working face, and the maximum deformation is 320 mm. The coal wall and the rear coal wall, the upper roof and the lower part of the gangue gangue will first appear tensile or shear damage, and finally will form a “U ” font break. The results are consistent with the actual roof deformation.
