针对履带式液压挖掘机S6挡转速下,发动机冒黑烟故障进行了分析。分析认为,可能导致故障的环节有电子油门旋钮输出信号、整车控制器输出PWM电流、比例电磁阀输出二次压力和直流电机反馈电阻值。经排查最终确定,导致履带式挖掘机S6挡转速下,发动机冒黑烟的原因是直流电机反馈电阻值局部出现温漂过大,与设定的反馈电阻值不匹配所致。提出改选精度高、温漂值小的精密型直流电机反馈电阻的改进措施。
For crawler hydraulic excavator S6 block speed, the engine black smoke fault were analyzed. Analysis that may lead to the failure of electronic throttle knob output signal, the vehicle controller output PWM current, proportional solenoid valve output secondary pressure and DC motor feedback resistance. After investigation finally determined, resulting in crawler excavator S6 block speed, the engine black smoke due to the local DC motor feedback resistor temperature drift is too large, with the set value of the feedback resistance does not match. The improvement measures of precision DC motor feedback resistance with high accuracy and low temperature drift are put forward.
