目的观察门脉压波形特征及其影响因素。方法观察CC l4肝纤维化模型大鼠以及用秋水仙碱治疗大鼠的体重变化、脏器系数、肝功能、肝病理变化、门静脉压力和波形,分析门脉压波形反映病理状态指标的敏感性。结果体重变化、脏器系数、肝功能和肝病理变化等模型指标显示CC l4肝纤维化造模成功,秋水仙碱治疗有效。造模组大鼠门脉压的最大值、最小值和平均值分别比对照组升高3.9、4.1、4.1倍;秋水仙碱组分别比对照组升高4.8、5.3、5.1倍,比造模组降低19.2%、21.9%和20.5%。门脉压波形上,造模组和秋水仙碱组大鼠峰面积比正常组分别升高5.1、4.3倍,而秋水仙碱组比造模组降低了15.8%;秋水仙碱组大鼠峰峰值为造模组和对照组的2.3倍;最大上升速率和最大下降速率数值十分接近。模型组和秋水仙碱组最大变化速率明显高于对照组。结论作为反映门脉循环状态的指标,门静脉压力和波形较为稳定和敏感,能准确地反映中医药的功能调整作用。
Objective To observe the portal pulse waveform characteristics and its influencing factors. Methods The changes of body weight, organ coefficient, liver function, liver pathology, portal pressure and waveforms in CC l4 liver fibrosis rats and those treated with colchicine were observed, and the portal wave pressure waveforms were analyzed to reflect the sensitivity of pathological indicators . Results Body weight changes, organ coefficient, liver function and liver pathological changes and other indicators of model CC l4 liver fibrosis modeling success, colchicine treatment is effective. The maximum value, the minimum value and the average value of portal pressure in rats in model group were increased by 3.9, 4.1 and 4.1 times respectively as compared with those in control group. The colchicine group was increased by 4.8, 5.3 and 5.1 times respectively than that in control group, The group decreased by 19.2%, 21.9% and 20.5%. In the portal pulse waveforms, the area of rats in the model group and the colchicine group increased by 5.1 and 4.3 times respectively compared with that in the normal group, while the colchicine group decreased by 15.8% compared with the model group. In the colchicine group, The peak value was 2.3 times that of the model control group and the control group. The values of the maximum ascending rate and the maximum descending rate were very close. The maximum rate of change in the model group and the colchicine group was significantly higher than that in the control group. Conclusion As an index reflecting the state of portal circulation, portal pressure and waveform are more stable and sensitive, which can accurately reflect the function of traditional Chinese medicine.
