卫生部7月3日召开全国药物政策与基本药物制度工作会议。会议提出,今年,我国将进一步扩大基本药物制度。一是有序推进村卫生室实施基本药物制度工作,逐步将非政府办基层医疗卫生机构纳入制度实施范围,推进基本药物制度向二级以上医疗机构拓展。公立医院和其他医疗机构要优先使用基本药物。二是制定并公布面向各级医疗机构的2012年版基本药物目录,规范各地增补药品行为。三是规范基本药物集中采购,坚持招采合一、量价挂钩、双信封
