日光灯的结构较复杂,故障率较高。检查灯管、镇流器、启辉器等件的好坏需用仪表,农村用户深感不便,为此我们做了不用仪表判断的尝试。 1.镇流器的检查判断 取电池两节(各号均可),先把两电池串联,然后一手握住镇流器一端的金属部分,与电池的一极相接。另只手握镇流器另端的金属部分(见图1,若手干可先湿一下手),迅速与电池的另一极触碰。若有显著的触电麻感,表明镇流器是好的(同时有小的火花和响声也可作判断依据);若无上述麻感或不明显,表明镇流器已断路、短路或内部局部短路。 2.灯管的检测 按图2接线,然后用上述办法测试,若有上述麻感,表明灯丝完好,否则灯丝已断。 3.启辉器的检测 启辉器很便宜,安装也方便,可直接安装试用。也可按图3接线,用上法测试(手不须握金属部分)。若启辉器闪光(可从小孔中看),表明启辉器是好的;否则已坏。 若按图4接线,用上法可对上述三件共检判断,若启辉器闪光,表明各件都好;否则必有一件或一件以上已损坏。

If the wiring according to Figure 4, with the law on the three pieces of judgment, if the starter flash, indicating that all pieces are good; otherwise one or more than one must have been damaged.
