对于我国中西部地区的农业大省而言,城乡发展不平衡、不协调已经成为与东部地区同步全面建成小康社会最需要破解的矛盾。本文选择四川省作为案例进行研究,梳理了近年来成都市国家级试验区以及自贡、德阳和广元三个省级试点市在促进城乡统筹发展的经验与问题,并进一步提出了以统筹城乡发展为主线全面建成小康社会的若干对策。
